Veritaz is a fast-growing IT-consultant firm. Our company is made up of insanely bright people from over 4 countries, and we are located in Sweden, UK, US and Pakistan. The voyage has been incredible this far, but it is only the beginning.
We require an experienced and self-motivated candidate for procurements management. The contractor will be expected to provide consulting support on strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses.
What you'll do:
· Developing procurement strategies that are innovative and economical.
· Dealing with reliable suppliers and negotiating with them to secure beneficial terms.
· Review of existing contracts to ensure feasibility of future deals with suppliers.
· Maintaining long-term relationships existing suppliers and performing risk assessment for potentials vendors.
· Identifying major risks, project planning, scheduling, estimating, resource planning, status reporting accordingly.
· Managing IT systems with regards to oversight on shipment, inventory, and supply of goods tracking.
· Preparing procurement reports for management highlighting feasible procurements with regards to cost effectiveness.
Who you are:
· Candidate for this is position is required to have experience with e-call-offs.
· You will be required to share an appendix explaining the assignments you have carried out along with references of corresponding nature ((municipal/government procurements).
· The assignments should have been carried out within the last five 5 years and relate to work on carrying out procurements.
· Technical experience with Cisco, MPLS, Internet, Cloud VPN, Cisco Meraki , UNIX, VMware, database, integration, and utilizing the server.
· Information about the client, a brief description of the reference assignment (including scope and time) and contact person with telephone number and e-mail address must be stated.
· The reference person must be able to verify that the reference assignment has been carried out as described and with good results.
