Espresso House Group is looking for a Procurement Manager in their Product Supply Chain & Procurement team to take responsibility of activities related to sourcing, tenders, negotiations and contracts. In this role, you will contribute to the right prices and quality of the assortment that is promoted in Espresso House Group Coffee Shops by managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices and sourcing items. As the Procurement Manager you will report to Head of Product Supply Chain & Procurement and you will be based in Stockholm.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible of sourcing and tendering products based on quality specification from the product department.
Responsible of negotiating terms of agreements, draft contracts and price negotiations for Espresso House Group.
Actively propose alternatives to the organization with the aim of getting high quality products with the best possible price.
Responsible for selecting, handle and evaluate suppliers based on company framework.
Actively evaluate logistics costs for all items sourced to EH Group’s five markets.
Support the organization by collecting vital documents related to suppliers and sourced items.
You are to follow EH Group sourcing policies, quality guidelines and keep track of local legislations and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Category & Innovation Managers to drive the assortment to fit the company’s overall strategy.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics or similar
Negotiation skills and experience from procurement, preferably from Food Service or FMCG.
Fluent in using Swedish and English as business language in both speech and writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience working within the Food and Beverage industry
Experienced professional of procurement with in-depth understanding of purchasing processes.
Used to working cross-functionally with different stakeholders both internally and externally.
Experience working with suppliers and maintaining good supplier relations.
Used to working towards deadlines and are good at planning your work.
