Kvalifikationer
- You have minimum 3-5 years working experience in sourcing and purchasing
- You have a university Degree in Finance/Purchasing or equivalent
- You have experience of working in a global and complex marketing organization and liaising with different cultures
- You have excellent written and verbal presentation / communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently both in Swedish and English
- You have experience of various purchasing processes
- You have excellent skills in ERP, PowerPoint and Excel

Job Description
We are now looking for a Procurement Process Specialist to Samsung’s Nordic Procurement team based in their head office in Kista. In the Nordics they are a vibrant, dynamic sales and marketing organization with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Helsinki. In this role you will work on a Nordic level with procurement processes within indirect material and services.

Key Accountabilities:
• Contribute driving the standardization of Samsung processes and operations, and ensure compliance to the procurement policy by educating internal and external stakeholders
• Main contact for Samsung´s external Shared Service Center from a business perspective, to include regular meetings, risk management and process improvements
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within Nordic region divisions
• Provide accurate monthly reports and analysis on internal procurement KPI: s
• Pro-actively work with maintenance and development of procurement system functionality and processes
• Implementation of new Samsung global processes

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start in April, and the assignment is expected to run until September 2022, with possible extension.
