Procurement Specialist to Samsung

About the Position:

As a Procurement Specialist at Samsung, you´ll be an integral part of our dynamic Nordic team located at our head office in Kista. We are a close-knit group of six individuals who value teamwork and thrive in a lively work environment. This role is as a consultant via Adecco with planned start 1 feb 2024 and will go on until further notice.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Building a pipeline of Procurement projects in collaboration with local stakeholders
Executing local and regional deals within agreed timeframes
Achieving cost reduction targets and developing new added value strategies
Leading RFPs and contract negotiations, analyzing results in collaboration with stakeholders and the legal team
Minimizing contractual risks and managing business relationships with suppliers
Identifying and evaluating existing and potential suppliers
Administering and contributing to driving the standardization of Samsung processes and operations

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in procurement, finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of different indirect service procurement categories (e.g., Marketing, Public Relations, HR)
- 3-5 years of work experience in sourcing and purchasing
- Experience in a global and complex marketing organization, with exposure to different cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
