Producer

MachineGames is seeking a passionate Producer to join our studio to be an intricate part of building AAA games.

Responsibilities

-To support Senior Producer by executing a variety of tasks related to the development of game software.
-To work closely together with art and animation team to coordinate and manage Cutscene and Story event development.
-To manage multi-disciplinary teams, assist in day-to-day activities such as scheduling and general problem solving.
-To create, develop and update production documentation (including schedules, status reports, project plans, communications plans)
-To manage, coordinate and control delivery of assets, tools and features, localization and marketing/PR materials.

Requirements

-3+ years in game development
-Strong technical background is considered a plus.
-Having shipped at least one AAA game, credited as Producer or similar.
-Driven with a pro-active behavior towards problem solving.
-Exceptional communication skills, both oral and in writing.
-Self-motivated team player with very strong work ethic and a collaborative/cooperative attitude.
-Experience in managing and communicating with outsourcing partners.
-A thorough understanding of a modern game development process.
-Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established goals.
-An understanding of and appreciation for milestones, schedules, deadlines and efficient game development processes
-A passion for playing and making great games.
-A background in art and/or animation is preferred.
