The Position
As an AAA team Producer, you will coordinate resources to ensure the successful completion of your assigned development features. You’ll support and plan with your team members for delivering against the schedule. The Producer is a key person in the daily operation of our teams and is responsible for translating business and product goals into actionable plans. As a change agent for process optimisation, you’ll be keeping an eye on quality targets and team wellbeing. Together with the management and director groups, you will help develop, champion, and communicate the product vision in order to build and maintain a strong team spirit and a highly collaborative, productive environment.
You will also drive and foster effective verbal and written communication among all project members, and ensure that both stakeholders and the team are kept informed about revisions, changes and other information related to the project.
Required qualifications:
- Attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to risk-assess, and propose risk-averse alternatives & mitigation plans
- Experience with project planning and agile/scrum development methodology
- Strong capability to multitask and prioritise your own work
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate studio and project goals, feedback, and requests in a clear, concise manner
- People management skills, where coaching and mentoring towards success are part of your leadership style
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience with open world game development
- Experience with running teams in a cross-disciplined development environment
- Experience as a game Producer within AAA development/production through all development cycles (concept > sunset)
- Experience in leading and motivating agile development teams
- A strong desire to grow, learn, and develop yourself and others
