Kvalifikationer
- You have experience in gaming and/or tech companies working as Product Manager, Product Owner, Program Manager, Producer or similar.
- You have experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX and artists.
- Fluent in English in speech and writing, even on production details, technical and business terms.

Job Description
To our client we are now looking for a Producer! In the role you will lead a cross-functional team consisting of C++ and JavaScript developers as well as UX/UI designers and artists, all working together on a game enjoyed by over 100,000,000 players worldwide. The team is focusing on improving our clients games user interface and user experience across multiple platforms, using a design system, component library and UI infrastructure.You will be responsible for setting the strategy, roadmap and continuously prioritize tasks for the team. The team works with an agile mindset, and needs help to plan MVPs, set up metrics and follow up with data to measure success. You’ll collaborate with other producers and stakeholders to coordinate and prioritize roadmaps, backlogs, manage risks and dependencies, and align timelines.

As a Producer you are responsible for:
- The value our client create to their players and our business.
- Driving the vision and strategy for the team ensuring an intuitive, smooth, and easy to understand experience.
- Planning, prioritizing, and managing resources to meet the team, projects/products roadmap, milestone deliveries and release.
- Managing stakeholders, dependencies and risks in technology, design, and art.
- Coordinating with teams across the franchise as well as external partners and production companies.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run for 4-6 months with possibility of extension.
