About the Role:
At App Shack, as the Producer, you'll champion our product development endeavors. Collaborating intensively with our tech and design experts, you'll conceptualize, strategize, and realize our projects. This role requires a keen sense of balancing client aspirations with budget considerations and delivering on schedule. If you're excited about integrating your product owner insights with robust project management skills and agile practices to produce innovative solutions, we're eager to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee product development projects from inception to completion.
Forge strong relationships with clients, translating their visions into actionable plans.
Work hand in hand with tech and design leaders to plan and estimate project deliverables.
Ensure projects align with agile principles, promoting flexibility, continuous improvement, and high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development.
Draw from your product ownership background to drive the project's trajectory and make pivotal decisions.
Promote cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation and tech-forward solutions.
Take charge in client projects, emphasizing quality and functionality at every phase.

Qualifications:
Ideally a background within product management or similar.
Comfortable with the agile processes and ceremonies to be able to effectively manage teams across ideation, design and development.
Strong communication skills and able to translate business needs to tech requirements and vice versa.
Working with clients from the sales cycle (pitching / estimating / selling), to the launch and SLA phase.
Excellent understanding of spreadsheets (Excel / Gsheets) for budgeting and planning.
Knowledge of UX and skills in understanding user needs.
Comprehensive understanding of mobile app development.
A sharp analytical approach complemented by top-tier problem-solving skills.
