Our creative ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality. For us there’s no right or wrong when it comes to style, just possibilities and the joy of self-expression.
We currently have 76 stores on 22 markets and offer online selling on 33 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing!


Job Description


We are looking for a Producer on a junior level to join our Brand & Creative Team in our Stockholm Atelier. You will be a part of the Project Management team that consists of 7 people; project leaders, producers and production leaders. You will report to the Head of Project Management.
Main responsibilities
The responsibilities are, but not limited to, to lead and produce various productions stated in our commercial and activities calendar from a Brand & Creative perspective. Everything from producing campaign assets for all channels through to final handover and post-production. Other responsibilities are:
Setting timelines for productions and plan the overall work for the set production/project (included but limited to specific studio productions and/or campaigns) in sync with Creative Team Manager together with Senior Producer.
Coordinate both studio and campaign production/projects and related meetings to secure delivery of assets. With Senior producer and Project Manager.
Source, negotiate and administrate art buying of both internal and external photographers, hair/make artists and external production partners when relevant for project/production.
Responsible to secure and follow up assigned budget for each production/project, set by Senior Producer and/or Studio Manager.
Administration of invoices related to set production/projects.
On set/location for productions, travel up to 40%.
Ensure a cross functional way of working.



Qualifications


We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and positive spirit who is also humble, calm and unprestigious. You should always try to keep it simple and stay balanced. Last but not least the job also requires to know how to be diplomatic and discreet.

Have a background working within shoot productions, Photographic and/or model agency, Production company, Marketing and/or advertising departments or other related businesses.

Have an holistic perspective and problem solver - Approaches each project with an open mindset, flexible and finds the best possible solution according to brief, set timeline and budget.

Is driven & takes ownership – Taking initiative and staying curious. Has a proactive mindset in the day to day work and drives projects forward with a clear ownership.
Knows how to communicate well - Can communicate knowledge, ideas/insights/conclusions directly and clearly in an informative way.

For this position its crucial to have an excellent working knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm starting as soon as possible, preferably end of June.
