Your responsibilities and impact as a Product Advisor for American Technology Company will be:
Give guidance about products via phone
Handle calls and emails about product problems, complaints, refunds, warranty registrations etc.
Webshop and retailers support
Troubleshooting
Ability to work in fast-paced environment 
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
A native level of German and a good level of English
Good adaptation skills & flexibility
Willingness to learn new tools and programs
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and a quality-focused service
Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

Schedule: Monday - Sunday fixed shift between 10.00-21:00
