Product Advisor & Trainer

We are now looking for a service-minded team player for our Product Experience team.

As a Product Advisor & Trainer, you will be training our clients, based all over the world, in our unique hardware and software that constitutes the Looklet solution. We also produce images for our in-house clients and work cross-functionally within the company.

As a Product Advisor & Trainer the main scope of your work will include:

- Performing client demos and tests
- Training and onboarding clients
- In-house production, including styling, shooting, and look creation.
- Creating educational material to ensure learning and correct usage
- Acting as a resource for product development projects


Your profile:

You are a positive and service-minded team player with an excellent eye for details . You take pride in delivering great results and at the same time enjoy working towards a deadline.

As part of this role involves working towards fashion-oriented clients and stakeholders, we believe that the ideal candidate for this role has experience in fashion and styling.



You are:

- A professional with ~ 2 years of experience in a service-oriented profession such as customer service, retail, or similar.
- Professional fluency in English
- Flexible and able to travel for work - sometimes with short notice


You have:

- A strong work ethic and a solution oriented approach
- A good eye for details
- A talent for deconstructing and explaining a task and teaching it to others.
- Knowledge and/or experience in fashion


Additional skills that are beneficial:

- Experience in Photoshop
- Experience in video editing
- Interest in photography

Reporting to: Product Experience Manager

Start date: As soon as possible

Extent: 100% (full time) with 6 month probation

Traveling: The position includes traveling abroad - sometimes frequently and with short notice

Location: Hybrid remote with office at Södermalm, Stockholm, Sweden
