Product Advisor & Trainer

Product Advisor & Trainer

Arbetsbeskrivning

At Looklet, we challenge traditional e-commerce photography by combining technology, fashion, and photography to create a unique solution with custom photo studios and styling software. As a B2B company, we’re working with global fashion e-commerce retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, NK Retail, and The Very Group. Being a fashion-tech company means working with cross-functional innovation and collaborating with people who specialize in software development, hardware construction, photography, and fashion.

We are now seeking a Product Advisor & Trainer to be a part of our Product Experience team.

About the position

Our Product Experience team is a small, cross-functional department that is training our clients, based all over the world, in our unique hardware and software that constitutes the Looklet solution. As a Product Advisor & Trainer, you will be creating educational material to ensure effective learning and correct usage along with performing client demos and tests. You will also be producing images for our in-house clients, which includes styling, shooting, and look creation.

The Product Experience team collaborates with our Product Owners in coming up with new efficient ways to onboard our clients and improve our pipelines. You will be testing the hardware/software and evaluate new features from a user perspective along with communicating new releases to the other teams. You will also work closely with the Support Team, Commercial Team, and Image Control.

Your profile

To thrive at Looklet, we believe that you are a positive and service-minded team player, who will share our passion for delivering great results and enjoy working towards a deadline. You have a strong and prestigeless work ethic paired with a can-do attitude. When meeting obstacles we adopt a solution-oriented approach and expect the same from all of our team members.

What we’re looking for

- About 2 years of experience in a service-oriented profession such as customer service, retail, or similar

- A good eye for detail paired with knowledge and/or experience in fashion/styling

- Professional fluency in English, verbal and written form

- A talent for deconstructing and explaining a task and teaching it to others

- Flexibility to travel for work - sometimes frequently and with short notice

What we find exciting

- Experience in presentational tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint

- Experience in Photoshop

- Experience in video recording and editing

- An interest in photography and fashion

What's in it for you?

We could tell you all about how we provide exercise stipends and pension, and how much fun we have together - because all of that is true. However, we believe that the true benefits of working at Looklet, except for the role itself, are in our game-changing product and how everyone in our diverse team makes a difference when creating and developing the product further.

Being part of Looklet means being part of developing our groundbreaking technology. All of our colleagues share a big common interest: passion and pride in our product. Whether you are a software developer or a Product Advisor, we all share the same excitement for innovation. That’s what makes Looklet amazing.
