About the role

This is a new and exciting role at Voyado! You will be an important stakeholder when it comes to creating insights from raw data to support product development at Voyado.

You will be part of the growing Product Operations team which is all about empowerment & alignment, and this role is the first real step towards building our product analytics capabilities at Voyado.

To summarize some of your tasks:

- Own the Product metrics, making sure that decision makes have the tools to make Voyado even better
- Manage and create structure in our product analytics tool, Pendo
- Create reports in Pendo, Power-BI or other BI-tools
- Work in close collaboration with our central BI function as well as our Product Managers, helping them to make data informed decisions and be able to follow up on the success of the product.


So, who are you?

To thrive in the position as Product Analyst we believe the most important thing is that you have an analytical mindset and an interest for metrics and insights. You know the importance of structure and being a teamplayer. You have at least a couple of years of experience from a similar role and have experience creating reports in Power BI. It is a bonus if you have knowledge of Pendo and Microsoft Azure.
