We’re now looking for an experienced Product Analyst to help create the future of edTech for children together with us. As our user base grows, so does the need for new products and its time to look into whats ahead of us!
As a Product Analyst you will suggest next steps in Product development based on insights gathered through quantitative analysis. By exploring existing historical data you will gather insights for further development of new product features and roadmaps. By having our users’ needs in mind, you will work closely with several roles and teams and together you will make products that our users want to use for a long time. We want to know what are user’s pain points, their ‘aha’ moments, which features keep them engaged and what causes them to stop using a product. There are different segments and cohorts that we would like to know more about and we want you to help us. In a nutshell - you will use data to help us understand how to make our products amazing!
What you'll do
Perform strategic and ad hoc analysis and reports in support of Product teams including suggesting, designing and evaluating experiments and A/B tests
Proactively use current and come up with new metrics to follow product performance and perform deep-dive analysis, drawing insights on how metrics vary by cohorts and user segments
Be an ambassador and be a part of teaching/coaching the company into a data driven mindset.
Collaborate with Product leaders and Team leaders to help them make informed day-to-day decisions about product roadmap
Collaborate with different parts of the product organisation such as User Researcher, UX design and developers.
Skills & Requirements
Relevant work experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, preferably in a tech company and/or STEM educational background
Highly analytical, critical and logical thinking team player, who enjoys experimenting with data and has the attention to detail
Strong understanding of statistics and experience with some of the analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker…)
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to construct clear charts and visuals
Ability to ask insightful questions, and to propose conclusions and next steps following the analysis
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
To enjoy and be successful in this role you have to be fluent in English and have strong communication skills. Preferably we would like to have you here onsite in Göteborg but remote works fine within the time zones +- 2 hour CET.
