Product Analyst - Partner Solutions

This is where you come in! Partner Solutions in Lund is looking for a Product Analyst to join our team.

Who is your future team?
Partner Solutions is part of the Products & Solutions organization. We work closely with Axis products organization and R&D as well as with our key global partners to ensure that our hardware and software products get integrated in an optimal way.

We are a team of eight people in partner-facing roles, both partner engineers and partner managers, who work together with dedication to bridge Axis with technology partners.

Our team's technology partner landscape consists of a few large global companies that we work closely with, as well as a number of fast-growing companies developing cloud-based offerings.

Our main focus is to ensure strong integration between Axis offerings and partner systems by:

* Ensuring partner support for new hardware and software products
* Interoperability with Axis OS, our operating system for edge devices
* Supporting partners that develop applications on the edge
* Orchestrating joint product and technology initiatives together with our partners
* Product ownership of partner-related applications and SDK's

Our responsibilities include partner management and servicing partners as well as a close collaboration with various stakeholders within Axis to share information, manage and facilitate R&D collaboration with selected partners.

What You'll Do As Product Analyst and Product Owner
Product Analyst and Product Owner is a hands-on role where you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further develop your product portfolio, including e.g., Axis Optimizer, by collecting feature requests, analyzing business requirements, and translating into relevant use cases in collaboration with your engineering team.

You will build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders that can help bring feedback from partners and end-customers. Collect and analyze requests, develop business cases for development of new features and plugins will also be a part of your role.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback and requests for new products and features
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications together with our engineering team
* Work closely with marketing to develop marketing material, presentations etc.
* Support the development of user guides in collaboration with our technical writer team
* Inform and train Axis and partners' sales organizations about new product launches
* Own and develop metrics around downloads, usage, growth etc.
* Benchmark against our industry to ensure we keep our position as leader and innovator

The position requires around 15-30 days of travelling per year.

Who are we looking for?
We believe that you are a self-starter with can-do attitude, you dare to take ownership. You have experience from as a product manager, with product ownership or similar. You have strong technical skills and an engineering background. Technical expertise of Axis devices is an advantage. You have the ability to focus and structure your work into clear action plans and have string English verbal and writing skills.

As a person you are outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to develop your personal network within and outside of Axis. In this you are helped by your string communication skills with which you can take complex information and make it easy to understand.
