Product and Application Manager Lighting

ITAB Lighting (former Nordic Light AB) is looking for a new Product and Application Manager for the lighting portfolio with strong customer focus!

About the Position

As a Product and Application Manager you will deliver according to company ambition in terms of sales growth, margin improvement and share of market via a leading lighting portfolio for the retail lighting market.

Job Description this Role will Include

In the role you will deliver annual product plan and program including range strategy, discontinue and launch strategy, communication strategy, value engineering strategy. Govern the product portfolio and secure future development together with the Product Council (representatives for sales companies). Establish and develop an ecosystem of partners with complementary products to the ITAB lighting portfolio.

- Be a lighting ambassador in ITAB. Collecting market intelligence from the Sales companies and the market.

- Annual product plan for product/application area.

- Perform complete business analysis for lighting portfolio and suggest improvements annually.

- Range strategy for optimal customer satisfaction and margin.

- Innovation strategy to secure long term customer satisfaction and value growth development.

- Launch strategy to secure successful launch of new products and concepts.

- Follow and implement brand and design guidelines.

- Training of sales companies and customers.

- Engineering degree or equivalent experience

- Business training

- Experience from the lighting industry is a clear merit

- Fluent English

- Strong customer focus

- Experience in Product Management is a merit

- Business and result focused with strong drive, good listener

- Analytical & action oriented mindset

- Team player

- Enjoy storytelling and convincing other people

The role is global with an European focus. Approx 30-40 travel days annually both in Sweden and Internationally.

Location can be discussed to any of our sites. Preferably located at our Center of Excellence for R&D and customer support in Skellefteå.
