Job Description
Are you a Textile interior or Product designer? Do you have a strong eye for timeless and qualitative H&M HOME products? Then this is a great opportunity for you as we look for future design talent, both juniors and seniors!
As a designer at H&M Home, you are a key player in the creation of our Home collection with focus on affordable amazing textile or decorative products. Soft textiles products include e.g: cushion covers, rugs, blankets & bedding. And decorative products include candles, light holders, mirrors, glass and dining wear and more. Previous work experience from the respective areas is key for the roles.
Senior level Designer/The role includes:
Set short- and long-term vision and goals for the collection together with the Concept Designer, Buyer and Section Head
Be responsible for identifying future trends and key products for your category in line with H&M HOME brand aesthetics and goals
Communicate ideas, sketches and information for product design with production offices and suppliers globally
Drive product development, check and approve samples to achieve the best products for our customers

Junior level Designer/The role includes:
Assist the Senior Designer in creating an on trend, commercial and coordinated assortment from product ideas and development, all the way to the final product
Creating and updating technical packs, 3D sketches, artworks and presentation material
Work with product development, sample approvals and administrative tasks
Contribute with your fresh ideas from trend research to the collection

Qualifications
You have a strong passion for fashionable interior and want to grow with us as a brand and are driven by a visionary entrepreneurial spirit, and you have:
Minimum 1-3 years work experience as a designer of textile or interior products (senior roles)
Relevant textile or product design education or training (junior roles)
Broad technical and material knowledge for textiles or hard products
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite
Work experience from 3D CAD programs e.g. Rhino
Commercial mindset and an understanding of our global H&M HOME customer
Strong illustration & drawing skills
A creative and visionary approach with a strong passion for interior design
Great communication skills
Strong team player
Highly organized with strong time management
Able to work comfortably under constant changes at high pace
Flexibility and a growth mindset
Leadership experience (senior level)
Fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
