As a Product and Pricing Manager you will be overall responsible for the local product marketing strategy. Your team is in the heart of the Sales organization working both with the strategic road map and supporting activities, as well as ensuring the appropriate knowledge level of products and services within the organization.

Your responsibilities
Define, plan and implement the product marketing strategies and ensure alignment with global product strategy
Coach, motivate and develop your team to reach beyond current performance
Secure appropriate support to the organization in terms of product and service knowledge
Coordinate Market communication plan and execution
Responsibility for the local price strategy. Develop and coordinate activities in accordance
Be an active part in seeking and finding new growth opportunities
Coordinate Market Intelligence activities and reporting
Your background
Proven track record as a driven, innovative and persistent leader
Comprehensive communication skills with ability to communicate with different kind of people on different levels
You are people oriented and find it natural to motivate and lead people in a dynamic environment
As a leader in a sales organization, you need a strong customer focus and a service-minded personality
Experience within product management or business development
A university degree is a great advantage, but in this position your personality traits will be valued higher than a formal education
As we are a global company, acting on the local market, you are fluent in Swedish and English
