Product and Services Excellence Manager

Customer Engagement and Service is looking for a Product and Services Excellence Manager supporting both the private and enterprise business across the Nordics. We are looking for you who will take responsibility and be a driving force for harmonization and streamlining of the product and service building area, and for improving and securing quality end to end in these backend processes supporting the customer journey.

You must have

- You have a relevant university degree
- You have successful management experience and proven experience from similar positions
- You have the ability to lead and deliver results through others
- You have good business understanding and analytical skills
- You have professional proficiency in English and another Nordic language


What you will do

- Lead the product building and maintenance area across the Nordic unit
- Exploit product synergies between business areas and utilise system components in our common Nordic backend billing and crm platform
- Harmonise and streamline global processes for product building, testing and maintenance
- Continuously improve and drive the operational product simplification and process excellence to ensure transparency and 100% quality in the product offerings to our customers
- Represent Customer Engagement and Services in the development of new products and services and other cross functional projects
- Present relevant analytics to steer and optimize operational excellence within the service area
