Product and Solution specialist - IT Invoicing and TimeCard Management

To Sandvik IT Services we’re looking for a Product and Solution Specialist for IT Invoicing and TimeCard Management within Product area Enterprise Workflow – joining a team where we explore new ways of working and have a great focus on our customers. All in order to innovate, develop and maintain the products IT invoicing and TimeCard Management within the ServiceNow platform. About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for our products; IT invoicing and TimeCard Management, and you work with user experience of self-service vision for IT invoicing. You do end user support, demand management, and system design and maintenance. You ensure that the technical level is up to date, conduct studies and implement new procedures and techniques as well as the selection of hardware, software and accessories. You work closely with the product owner and business experts to consciously improve the solution and experience.
The location for this job is either at Gasverket in Stockholm or Sandbacka Park in Sandviken.
What you know and need – this is important
Experience in operating and managing IT Service Management tools
Experience working with ServiceNow platform
Certified Administrator ServiceNow
Stakeholder management
Interest in process development
Excellent English skills – both verbal and written

This is also nice to have
Degree in IT or science
Experience in IT development
System development and operations
Familiar with agile way of working
Interest in process development
Knowledge in Swedish or other languages
