About the job

You will join a team of highly skilled experts in heat transfer technology dedicated to technically supporting sales of heat exchangers for Energy and Food markets. You will report to the Manager Product & Application Heat Transfer. Close cooperation within the team as well as other entities in the company is necessary to succeed in the position.

Main responsibilities:
* Responsible & lead the design & solution of technical complex customer projects
* Support sales & channel partners in complex quotations
* Drive root cause & troubleshooting for claims, complex repair and service cases
* Work proactively and in a structured way with technical clarification and discussion
* Act as local trainer for colleagues, sales channels and customers in specific products and applications

Your profile

You probably have a degree in engineering and are in the beginning of your working career. Either you have recently graduated or have some years of working experience.  Experience from working with heat exchangers are highly valued. You are self-driven, have a structured way of working and striving for result.

You feel comfortable in interacting with interaction with different stakeholders and building an internal network within a large organization. You are fluent in one Scandinavian language as well as English. As a person you feel comfortable in expressing yourself both verbally and in text.

Practicalities

You will be based at one of Alfa Laval Nordic’s sites either in Tumba or Lund
