Product Application Specialist

Vitrolife is an international biotechnology /medical technology company that works with the development, production and sale of advanced products and systems for the preparation, culture and preservation of human cells, tissues and organs.[ The company works within 3 product areas: Fertility, Transplantation and Stem Cell Culture.[ The Fertility Product area includes culture media as well as advanced single use instruments such as needles and pipettes, for human fertility treatment.[ The Transplantation Product area works with solutions and systems to enable short term storage of tissues in optimal conditions outside the body in preparation for transplantation.[ The Stem Cell Product area works with media and instruments to enable usage and handling of stem calls for therapeutic use.[ Vitrolife currently has approximately 170 employees and our products are sold in over 85 markets world.wide.[ The head office is located in Gothenburg and we have daughter companies inSweden, USA, Australia, China, Japan, France, United Kingdom and Italy.[ Vitrolife is listed on the OMX Nordic stock exchange Product Application Specialist Our products are used by professionals all over the world in their treatment of patients or in advanced research.[ This places high expectations on us as both individuals and as a company.The position As Product Application Specialist at Vitrolife you act as project leader for corrective actions related to user feedback and are responsible for effective handling of all feedback including corrective actions and follow-up.You serve the internal organization with adequate reports and information regarding product quality, actual cases, corrective actions and trends including training of employees and managers.You give clinical support and manage relationships with both new and existing customers all over the world.[ You communicate with customers via telephone, email or by visiting their clinic.You report directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales.Profile The candidate You should have at least a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent and at least 5 years experience in a clinical IVF laboratory.You should have very good written and spoken Swedish and English skills, additional languages is an additional benefit.You should have experience working within a strict Quality System.You should have a very good ability to lead projects.The position is based at our head office in Gothenburg, but would also involve travels to any of our markets in the world.[ Welcome with your application no later than September 30.We cooperate with TNG in this recruitment.You can apply by filling in application form on TNG's web site www.tng.se and attach your CV.Or you can send an e-mail to hakan.sandelin(a)tng.se.
