For our client, an international company within the automative industry, based in Torslanda, Göteborg Experis Finance is looking for a consultant with experience as a purchaser and with a technical interest
The assignment is fulltime, starting the end of August. Although the assignment has a preliminary end-date by the end of November 2016, the possibilities for a continuation with either this assignment or another assignment for Experis are strong. Employment is as a consultant with Experis Finance.
Job description
Primary task for this assignment is to perform a market test for a specific product. The assignment also includes responsibility for sourcing and quality assurance of suppliers.
You will be responsible for carrying out negotiations, make agreements and contracts, perform supplier selection and evaluation. You will work in cross-functional teams for best efficiency. The assignment also includes administrative work. Main contact for all commercial issues towards the suppliers Sourcing activities:
- Issue RFQ
- Negotiate and establish Sourcing Agreement and CPA
- Issue Purchase Order
Act on design changes within the project Establish action plans on part specific supplier issues in running business
Required background and qualifications
For this assignment we require you to have a bachelor's degree Commercial or Technical University. We need you to have 1 -2 years purchasing experience and the ability to work successfully in a team environment. Strong computer skills as well as very good communication and negotiation skills are also necessary for this assignment. As a professional you have a high degree of integrity as well as a great ability to manage priorities and schedule to meet deadlines and expectations.
You are self-motivated with sound organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
