Gambro Product Buyer Solution Global Sourcing The Product Buyer Solution is responsible for purchasing driving exceptional product quality and customer value beyond expectations, for continuously improving a world-class supply base for assigned products at optimized cost and best quality for Gambro over product lifetime - from Idea towards End-of-Life.This is a key global purchasing position in regards to product improvement management, affecting Gambro's overall business in all aspects of purchase price and quality cost.The solutions products are medical products or drug registered products in the form of liquids, concentrated liquids or dry packed products, of different chemical compositions. Main Responsibilities . Owner of the Bill-of-Material, including materials, suppliers and costing, for assigned products . Represent purchasing in development projects for solution products . Responsible for prototype purchasing products during design and development face . Responsible for supplier-statement-of-work, including specifications and agreements . Responsible for purchase price variance for assigned products .Support plants and Operational Purchasing/Material Management on material availability and/or quality incident management The position is located in Lund, Sweden and will report to the Manager Product Purchasing, Disposables.Background You are a person with a degree preferably in Engineering (chemical) or other equivalent.You have at least 3 years of sourcing experience with solid knowledge in chemical solutions purchasing.You have an advantage in this position if You have experience from a global organization and/or multinational corporation.You are fluent in both oral and written Swedish and English.You have the ability to work both effectively and independently and have a passionate approach to your work.Furthermore, you are a person that takes initiative, are results oriented and have a "Can Do" attitude.You are open to both national and international travel.How to apply You apply by clicking the link below, which takes you to a registration form where you fill in contact details and attach CV and letter of intent, written in English.Please send in your application no later than Monday, March 31.
