Product Communicator

We are now looking to strengthen our Product Operations Team in Stockholm with a Product Communicator. This is a temporary contract for 8 months – with the possibility of extension.

Main responsibilities
As Product Communicator, you are responsible for communication being sent out to our clients and users. You will know which communication channels fit the different purposes, and how to maximize utilization and create engagement for both employers and employees. Your send outs will reach hundreds of thousands of employees. We strongly believe that communication is key to driving engagement among employees and when needed convey to our clients by showcasing the effect communications have on employee engagement. You will be a part of different bigger projects, where you will tarin and educate our clients in the platform's communication tool, analyze data from the mailing, and provide the internal stakeholders with the right material when needed.

As Product Communicator, you will also:

• Prepare everything from newsletters, educational information, etc. in our communication tool
• Have broad knowledge ofour different client segments since they all demand different types of communications
• Be part of the team that createsand owns the yearly activity plan for BenifyDeals, HR News and Benefits
• Expand the activity plan to other markets

Who are you?
As the Product Communicator, we see that you are meticulous and have an eye for details in everything you do and communicate. To keep the structure and prioritize during busier periods and still maintain accuracy in communication is key to succeeding in this role. Since this is a role within communications, we love to see that you are communicative and have a flair for copy and find it fun to produce content.

We also see that you have:

• Previous experience of working with communication, marketingor similar
• An higher education in marketing and/or communications
• Previous experience of analyzing data within communications is a plus
• Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed at Benify
• Good knowledge of the Office package. Jira, Confluence, and Qlik Sense are meritorious.
