We are looking for a Product Complaint & Quality Process Developer to our Quality and Engineering department in Malmö. Here you will get the opportunity to secure the quality of our disposable products, sealing machines, candles and LED products. The role

As Product Complaint & Quality Process Developer you will have an important role to secure that our customers always get products that meet our requirements.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• provide comprehensive and effective product complaint handling and issue statements
• reply to customer questionaries and self-declarations and customize product safety documents when requested.
• proactively work to improve our quality and efficiency, e.g., developing the digitalization of document handling.
• be a support function to colleagues within our commercial organization, e.g., customer care and sales.
• together with the team actively work with our product safety process by conducting external lab tests, approving materials and products, review and update documents and upload the documents in our system.
• on/off site quality audit to ensure the quality process of our suppliers
Who are you?
We believe you are in beginning of your career or have a couple of years of experience in a similar role together with a bachelor's degree in engineering or science. Swedish is a must and since you will be working in an international environment you have excellent written and spoken English, whereas German proficiency is considered a merit.
To excel in this role, we think that you are a service minded and proactive person with a lot of self-drive and commitment. You have a big technical interest with a curious mind to recognize and resolve potential safety and compliance issues before they occur.
