We are now looking for a Product Complaints Specialist to join our Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden in the Global Quality Systems department. The Product Complaints Specialist is a key function in Mölnlycke’s Post Market Surveillance system, handling vigilance activities in order to ensure patient safety for users across the globe. About the role
The purpose of the Product Complaints Specialist role is to ensure patient safety by providing a comprehensive and effective product complaints handling. You will contribute to safety of products, increased product quality and complaints handling knowledge within Mölnlycke. This is achieved by working closely and cross-functionally with key stakeholders within the entire organization .
What you will do
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the handling and documentation of product complaints, including receipt, initial assessment, data in feed, analysis, review and follow up
Decide if incidents are reportable or not, based on safety assessment of incoming product complaints
Interact with internal stakeholders (RA, QA, R&D, operations, commercial) and contribute to the Post Market Surveillance system and other improvement activities
Interact with external stakeholders e.g. Competent Authorities and Notified Bodies regarding incident reporting and other product quality issues
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of existing Product Complaints processes and procedures
Actively contribute to increased product quality, complaints handling and vigilance knowledge within the entire organization.
Analyze and report trends in product complaints data to identify new and/or systematic quality issues.
Support in audits/inspections and contribute to progress and closure of corrective actions.
Keep up to date with relevant international legislation and guidelines

Who you are
Academic background in life sciences, chemistry, quality management, regulatory affairs, engineering or similar.
Experience from work in an international environment.
Background in medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals with post-marketing surveillance, complaints handling and/or voice of customer experience is an advantage.

Detail oriented and performance driven with analytical skills
High communication skills with a customer oriented and problem solving mindset.
Strong team player with high flexibility.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
High computer proficiency
