But none of these products will ever make the market if they are not compliant with regulatory requirements and safe to use and that’s where you come in the picture. We are now looking for a Product Compliance Administrator for Handheld Battery Products.
In this role, you would join a team of dedicated Product Compliance Specialists from different backgrounds. We are looking for someone who wants to be an administrative hub in our group and keep track of the documentation that is requested. You will be part of the Handheld & Accessories team of the Product Compliance (PC) department within the Husqvarna Forest & Garden division. Our main task is to ensure that all products are safe to use and that all regulatory requirements in different markets are met. This position is dedicated to documentation and registration.
This job involves different tasks that need to be carried out on a daily basis. These include performing various data registrations, providing documentation support to the Product Compliance department, monitoring the expiration dates of certificates, assisting Product Compliance with data management projects, and updating templates and instructions related to processes and tools to support the PC team.
To thrive in this role, you are a person with a self-driven attitude and an ability to create structure. You will have many internal contacts, so important qualities include being communicative and social. We believe that you are curious and proactive, and unafraid to take on new tasks. And, of course, you appreciate accuracy, are organized, and you are really into administration!
We are looking for someone who has experience from a similar administrative job or has a relevant educational background. You need good knowledge of Excel for this position. Proficiency in English is required. There is the possibility to work from home part time, but initially we would like to have you on-site more for your introduction.
