Join our function of Product Risk and Compliance!
In this role you will contribute to, develop and lead creation of effective Product Compliance framework to create a better everyday life for the many.
Are you up for this challenge?
You will:
Develop and manage the interface to stakeholders in the IKEA Value Chain on the Product Compliance agenda
Lead and maintain a total Range & Product Compliance overview
Analyze aggregated data to derive strategic learnings
Identify and lead IKEA value chain Product Compliance related findings together with the business
Contribute and lead in initiatives supporting the R&C Strategy, other relevant strategies, decisions and key movements.
In order to shine in this role we wish that you have:
Experience and good knowledge in product risk and compliance navigation
Good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Value Chain, the development process and the prerequisites of the Supply and Retail organisations
Strong project management skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
You lead with a holistic view, always act with the Customer, total IKEA and Product Risk & Compliance in mind. You use an entrepreneurial approach together with being analytical and structured, using facts, knowledge & insights. On top of this, you have great stakeholder management –strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build network and create trustful relationships in collaborative processes, with all levels of co-workers both internal and with external partners.
Additionally you have:
• Ability to handle complex assignment and break down to a clear tasks.
• Ability to operate and balance between strategic, tactical and operational tasks
• Knowledge about and ability to navigate legal implications and confidentiality aspects
• Ability to deliver results by involving, leading, developing and inspiring people in a remote as well as in an onsite environment
