Product Compliance Specialist for Global Market Access

But none of these products will ever make the market if they are not compliant with regulatory requirements and safe to use and that’s where you come in the picture. We are now looking for a Product Compliance Specialist for Global Market Access.
In this role, you would join an team of dedicated Product Compliance Specialists from different backgrounds. You will be part of The Product Compliance department at Husqvarna Forest & Garden. Our main task is to ensure that all products are safe to use and that all regulatory requirements in different markets are met.
This position is related to Global Market Access of handheld, wheeled, robotics and similar products and its accessories.
You would be our product compliance representative in global market access forums to ensure our products fulfil regulatory requirements. Further you would coordinate the global market access requests and support in maintaining the Product Compliance database of global regulatory requirements. Also, you would be engaged with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products comply with regional and country specific product compliance requirements.
About you
To be a good fit for this role, we see that you have a degree in Engineering, either M.Sc. or BS, with a preference for electrical engineering. Additionally, it is important to have knowledge of product regulatory legislation in different markets, as well as familiarity with electrical products and batteries. Having knowledge of product certification is also important. Working collaboratively with colleagues from various countries is another important qualification. Strong verbal and written skills in English are necessary, and proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese is considered an advantage. Finally, having strong communication skills is essential for success in this role.
Knowledge about Husqvarna’s product range is an advantage. As the position requires interaction with various functions internationally we believe you as a person is open, social and used to handle various stakeholders and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions.
