Last year our company grew more than 30% and we are continuously growing! However, we are as focused on our expansion as we are on our customer satisfaction and quality in development. This requires a highly performing, ambitious team and currently we are about 60 team members working from our offices in Malmö, Sweden, San Diego, USA and Singapore!
We are looking for two Product Content Associates
As a Product Content Associate, you will be working closely with our partners and internal teams like the Sales team, deciding what new parts to include in our library. You will be responsible for prioritizing, importing and quality assuring compliance data from our partners and in addition, you will also be responsible for monthly reporting on compliance import progress and status. Another important part of the job will be to assist in describing our product to the fullest for multiple platforms in close cooperation with our Support and Marketing teams. It´s a role with many stakeholders and contact areas.

The product team is a small but friendly and strong team, where everyone looks out for each other. The team spirit is high, and we have a lot of fun together. You will be working closely with your manager Stefan, a fantastic and warm person, and our product guru at the company. Some might say he has a terrible Danish humour, but most of the times he is rather entertaining. He has an innate love for the old Star Wars franchise, and he will give you room to work independently.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate, prioritise, implement and quality assure transfer of world-wide aviation regulations and standards into the WM system. Monitor direct sources of the regulations and ensure that new content is fed into the system.
- Update and maintain digital platforms in accordance with relevant product updates.
- Liaise and build close relationships with external partners and suppliers regarding updated content, customer enquiries, monthly reporting, growth opportunities by expanding existing offerings, etc.
- Document demand on new customer product requests and use data to fetch new markets and/or suppliers.
- To be the link of communication between Customer Experience and the Product Management Team regarding Compliance Libraries.
- To assist Support and Sales with questions regarding Compliance Libraries.
