What you’ll do

As a Product Content Specialist – Digital Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing issues and problems of diverse scope, devises and solutions within the product content management field for our Volvo Cars global website as well as other channels, i.e. app and car interface. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, regions, and business to identify opportunities to enhance our content management processes and digital operations.

•    In collaboration with the Digital Operations teams, lead and advise on how to design global/local processes and systems that meet professional standards, set the guidelines and requirements on the editorial processes in the online digital landscape.
•    Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders as well as related issues.
•    Identify and evaluate improvement areas against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
•    Identify shortcomings in existing business practices, then suggest and implement improvements while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organization's change management program. Involves working in collaboration with Experts from all Digital Operations areas.
•    Stakeholder management - building a path for successful collaboration between Digital Operations and our main stakeholders i.e., product teams, content providers, regions, and commercial teams at various levels.
