Job Description
We are looking for a multitasking genius to join our team! We believe that you have great organizational skills, has an eye for details, service-minded, and a problem-solving mindset.
You will be based in our Stockholm Atelier and be a part of the Brand and Creative team. The team consists of 13 people with different roles, and you will report to the Studio Team Manager. You will have a close collaboration together with the Junior Studio Coordinator that also belongs to the team. This is a 1 year temporary, full-time position.
What you’ll do
As a Product Coordinator, your main responsibility is product management. You make sure that all products are unpacked, registered, and coordinated between different teams as well cared for. You will collaborate with different teams and be the main contact person for all products prior to different photo shoots as well as after.
The Product Coordinator are responsible for the samples handling and administration of samples at & Other Stories Stockholm Atelier.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Product handling (unpacking, registering, labeling)
• Ensure planning and administration of products
• Secure product flow through photo production
• Organize, maintain, and update product closet
• Collaborate with different teams regarding products and product information
Qualifications

You also have a flexible mindset and are always on your toes, ready to make quick decisions, as well as keep things simple in organizing, planning and communicating.
