Job Description
As a Product Data Analyst, you will be a key enabler to secure realization of business value from analytics, data and models. You will serve as a gatekeeper for an organization's data so stakeholders can understand data and use it to make strategic business decisions. This is a technical role that requires a degree in analytics, computer modeling, science, or math. You work with multiple advanced analytics tools initiatives to analyze, visualize, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization with both analysis of model output and designing of new ways of working.
Responsibilities:
• You will be a crucial person for your colleagues to understand how we optimize product and stock handling procedures in stores
• You will develop products that digitalizes the daily work for our colleagues and allows them to grow and communicate
• You will perform analysis on large sets of data to extract impactful insights that will inform and guide development efforts
• You will interact and influence the analytical community within H&M to explore and enable new data areas to realize even more business potential
Qualifications
Experience from working in the retail industry
Strong customer focus, commercial mindset and innate curiosity
Understanding of using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply to data processing
Ability to visualize, communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders
Ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights
Ability to align assessments with the strategic goals of the business
Ability to define visions, strategies and goals
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
