Product Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a Product Data Analyst with proficiency in Power BI to join our Rillion team. In this role, you will contribute your expertise and help shape the direction of our journey towards becoming more data-driven. To succeed in this position, we believe that you are a problem solver who can make things happen and has a strong passion for analytics and product growth.


Ideally, you have several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS company.


What you will do (responsibilities):
Maintaining and developing Power BI reports that are part of our newly launched analytics service
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and validate new users' needs
Analysis and provide insights into users' behavior, customer and customer performance
Develop & track actionable KPIs and metrics



What we look foor
SQL Proficiency: Several years of experience in SQL
BI Tools Mastery: Demonstrate proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms
User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user behavior and customer performance data to provide actionable insights that can enhance our products
Product Analytics: Leverage product analytics tools to assess the performance of our offerings and identify areas for improvement
A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and enhance product features
Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
