Product Delivery Manager

CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

Electrical Architecture & Features are an organization supporting service development inside CEVT with focus on electrical architecture, telematics, infotainment experience and user experience. The organization is about 500 colleagues and work with all car brans inside the Geely Group.
Electrical Architecture & Features (EA&F) are currently looking for a Product Portfolio Owner Services.
Responsibilities/Tasks
The PDM supports the EA&F organization with input to the product/service portfolio roadmap and pipeline and drives the customer project and customer product portfolio backlog.
The PDM also takes responsibility of the implementation and delivery to the complete portfolio backlog, with success and business focus of the product portfolio, consolidate and part of the project portfolio for EA&F towards strategic areas.
The PDM works with partners and teams inside the Geely Group and the PDM will also be the main contact and responsible for the teamwork between EA&F and the Geely Group in order to keep the strategy plan consistent with the Headquarter of Geely Group.

Needed Competencies/Skills
10+ years of experience working in a global cross-functional organization with aptitude for business and strategy.Strong industry knowledge in business operations, especially across functional areas including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills.
Curiosity and a desire to constantly innovate and challenge the status quo to achieve better outcomes and results.
Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment.
Ability to multi-task working closely with various groups and produce time-sensitive deliverables for various stakeholders.
Self-motivated to find a way and by all efforts to meet the target
