About the role

As a Product Designer at Quinyx, you will have a lot of freedom and responsibility, as well as a unique opportunity to influence the product’s direction and development. You will join a happy team of 5 designers with a constant focus on improving our product to create a great experience for our clients and end-users.

On a daily basis, designers at Quinyx are true “context providers”, playing a key role in product development: they continuously use qualitative and quantitative research to learn what problems to solve, facilitate co-design and ideation with the value stream team (product managers, engineers, QA) and produce valuable visuals for effective communication.

Currently, the team is growing and we are looking for 2 talented product designers who will join the team in Stockholm.

What you’ll be doing

Alongside product managers, planning and conducting product discovery to continuously learn about our clients' and end-users goals & needs.

Analyzing and documenting research findings to identify insights and enable effective communication with relevant stakeholders and team members.

Facilitating problem-solving decisions with the value stream team. Discussing opportunities, solutions, improvements in an agile context.

Processing ideas from the wireframe stage into a final design, including prototypes and animation.

Continuing refining our market-leading user experience, contribute to the team through building a consistent and best-in-class UX/UI over all our applications.

Contributing to improving processes and sharing skills/knowledge within the different teams you will be part of value stream teams, design team and more globally be an active part of the Product/RnD department

Planning and conducting workshops and presentations with the rest of the organization to enable cross-collaboration and share our discoveries, ways of working, and strategies. Be an excellent communicator, and receive feedback from various stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the team

Experience working in UX and design for B2B SaaS applications.

Experience working with qualitative research, usability evaluation, UX writing, metrics & measurements, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, workshop facilitation.

Focus on the bigger picture and work hands-on with design tasks at the same time.

Comfortable in taking responsibility for and driving your own initiatives.

A willingness and curiosity to engage directly with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

A desire to learn, a lot every day, and question the status quo.

Experience in the daily use of product design tools such as Figma or similar

A strong portfolio with some great work and excellent presentation skills.

Experience building Design systems (not design libraries).
