We are at the beginning of an exciting journey for design at Normative. You will join a small team of designers using their skills to make the world a better place. No dark patterns or trickery - helping our users understand and reduce emissions for their company is at the heart of everything we do.

- Define, craft and iterate on designs based on best practices and user insights

- Cultivate a healthy design process for both product as a whole and your development team

- Be a key contributor to our product strategy by helping to illustrate and explore the future of our product.

To be successful, we believe you:

- Have 4+ years of experience in building and shipping product features that users love.

- Have a good sense of interaction design in complex products. If you have worked with data visualisation this is a plus.

- Are customer-obsessed and excited to spend time with users.

- Are comfortable managing and incorporating relevant feedback from many different sources, and have experience of involving diverse stakeholders in your process through workshops, interviews, feedback sessions, or other tools in your designer toolbox.

- Are familiar and comfortable working within an existing design system and applying a systematic approach to how you design the user experience

- Have a strategic product mindset with experience understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.

- Have experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch or similar

We also believe you are:

- A person that wants to make a real contribution towards a sustainable future.

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and small team where we help one another and wear many different hats depending on what’s needed.
