About the role
We are looking for a Product designer who has at least 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in product design, ideally in positions like UX/UI designer or visual designer. As our product designer, you will create the visual design for our mobile application while keeping product design principles at the forefront. We want you to help us create data-driven journeys that engage and empower our customers from the moment their energy solution has been installed, all the way through the customer life cycle and make sure the consumer app becomes an obvious extension of the Aira brand.

You will join the Engagement team dedicated to enhancing user engagement. Through workshops, data analysis and research you will help to continuously improve our design and create the smoothest customer journey possible. We value your expertise in UI design with keen attention to detail as well as a good understanding of UX and interaction design.



Your responsibilities:

- Defining and driving visual direction of the mobile app

- Defining what the Aira brand platform and design guidelines should mean for the customer app

- Help building design systems and structures that explain decisions made in our design

- Iterate and advance the digital design within our mobile app and enhancing our data-driven customer journeys

- Work closely with the design team and product managers to maintain consistency across the customer journey and design elements.

- Creating and testing prototypes and concept solutions internally and externally

- Continually keep yourself and the design team updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

- Collaborating with design lead and design team to ensure an efficient customer journey

- Participating in workshops with the design and development team



What we would like you to have

- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, product design or equivalent

- 5+ years of experience in app mobile design, preferably with a focus on consumer apps

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs

- Understanding of UX design and interaction design

- Experience working with brand design

- Experience in data-driven design

- Solid knowledge of Figma, Miro,

- A portfolio showcasing your design projects and design processes

Nice to have skills:

- Experience in UX writing
