Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Designer to join our team in the Stockholm Atelier. You will need to have experience of working with different garment groups and especially with heavy knitwear within RTW. We believe you have a high fashion level, a strong feeling and intuition for trends balanced with a commercial eye. We also believe that you have a big passion for the feminine customer.
You encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the departments focus, always be updated what is happening in the surrounding world for your target customer.
Accountable for designing loved products and assortment (OMNI) for your departments, always with the target custom-er in mind in order to maximize growth and profitability, short and long term
Create the product visual goal, in line with Atelier goal and concept visual goal. Identify which products the customer wants to have next season
Responsible for identifying types, silhouettes, materials, and details that follows the season's fashion trends
Plan and create a well-coordinated product assortment with focus on loved products and growth.
Responsible for designing loved products in tight collaboration with the buyer
Secure that your products always have the best fit and design with the right timing
Responsible for your department in all customer touch points/sales channels: Identify each channel potential and deliver on this
Constantly follow the selling and act on new tendencies as well as search for the new commercial fashion
Lead and develop the junior designer.

Qualifications
We would love to meet someone who:
Has a Fashion Design BA/MA with minimum 3 years of industry experience from Women’s RTW commercial fashion in a Senior Designer role
You are visionary and driven by strong trend analysis to be able to predict what your customers will demand a year from today
Excellent technical knowledge of how products are created and understands how fabrics, materials, trims, and pattern-making creates the best fit and design
Strong fashion aesthetic and experience of design connected to the customer description.
Strong aesthetic sense of colours and prints
Strategic mindset and experience to make clear and commercial strategic decisions for the collection
Experience to see the big picture and secure a well-coordinated product range
Senior knowledge in heavy knitwear
You are able to demonstrate well developed communication and collaboration skills
Has a positive problem-solving attitude and is eager to find new ways
Has leadership experience, is strong and secure in a leading role
Strong skills in and used to working in Adobe Creative Suite programs
