Product Design is a vital practice within our product organization. As a Product Designer at Fishbrain you are working with continuous collaboration with product managers and engineers at every phase of the product development. This includes; design strategy, user research, user experience, user interface, visual design, and execution of product design. As a Product Designer you are responsible for this practice and are the enabling link between product managers and engineers.

The objective of the role is to identify opportunities and design products that are delivering the highest customer satisfaction. The focus is to analyze how new and existing products tie in with market needs and consumer preferences, setting design requirements based on briefs from product teams and internal stakeholders and designing fully-functional products

Your responsibility will broadly be categorized into two areas:

The user research

- The complete process identifying and understanding users needs

Design execution

- The complete process from ideation, conceptualization, prototyping to delivery of design items for development.

Fishbrain is a customer first and a data driven company. Your main performance indicator is the customer’s satisfaction.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in product design
- Experiences working in fast paced start up or scale up company


- Prerequisite experience in apps
- Good (but not a prerequisite) with experience in web design
