Joint Academy is a global leader in delivering digital treatment for chronic joint pain, connecting patients with licensed Physical Therapists. Backed by science, our treatment is based on a clinically validated face-to-face treatment and includes individualized exercises, interactive education and tracking tools. The intersection of digital treatment and data science opens up to new possibilities of treating patients in a sustainable and more personal way, while reducing pain and improving quality of life.
With the company now growing and scaling, we're on the hunt for a passionate Product Designer with a growth focus. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced startup that has global reach beyond its origins in Sweden.
The position is based in Malmö, Sweden and for this position we are not considering remote work or international relocation.
This is what you will do:
Work on our product growth initiatives with a Product Manager and Engineers to create and develop compelling visual and interactive designs
Quickly prototype and try ideas out to see if they have feasibility
Understand user needs through close collaboration with UX/Data Research and Product Teams
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Analyze data quantitatively to identify improvements in terms of conversion, engagement and retention
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Create and lead development of our growth initiatives from a design perspective
Participate and facilitate strategical discussions about how to grow our business

This is what we expect that you have:
Expert-level proficiency in at least one industry standard design tools, such as Sketch or Adobe.
A strong portfolio over 2+ years of design for mobile applications, Web and SaaS
Deep understanding of designing intuitive UI and UX for consumers
Knowledge about user metrics such as conversion, engagement and retention
Experience of developing and sharing design systems in an organization
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related/equivalent
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
