About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our amazing team in Stockholm. You will be focusing on all aspects of Budbees product's development, including design, and usability. Your work touches the entire end-to-end journey of a user's interaction with a product and includes identifying new opportunities for the product and business. Additionally, you may also get involved with the internal/back office system designs and user flows to ensure that all our internal needs and processes have the same Budbee-feel and experience.
You will be working closely with the Marketing department to ensure that the Budbee brand language and visual design guidelines are aligned to modern standards and build on our company values.
You will work closely with our Product Managers to ideate, design, and validate new features.
In practice you´ll do:
- Design Review meetings together with stakeholders (designing features before they are added to development)
- Facilitate workshops with our team (i.e Design Sprints)
- Conduct user interviews together with Product Managers, collect and synthesize findings/insights
- Prototype and present solutions to users or stakeholders
- Organize Budbees design assets and maintain our Figma documentation so that the team has one source of truth
- Be able to work on their own on feature requests by exploring different solutions which can be presented to PM or other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other designers
- Conducting usability testing
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows
- Creating user personas and analyzing different use cases
About You
As a Product Designer at Budbee, you are expected to be self-driven but also collaborative. You must possess superb communication, time-management, and process-management skills. Keen problem-solving and organizational abilities are necessary among other soft skills. Creativity, passion, and attention to detail are also keys to success in this field.
Desired skills
- Ideally have studied Bsc or MSc within Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors or relevant study are in Social Sciences
- Highly skilled in Figma(Our primary design tool), Sketch
- Have at least 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally within Consumer Products (B2C)
- A strong team player, eager to learn and share knowledge
- Have the ability to work from Sweden/Stockholm
- Be able to quickly iterate from an idea to a high fidelity prototype.
Today we are located at Alströmergatan 39, Kungsholmen, but we are moving to Hälsingegatan 40, Vasatsan early next year. There we will have a four-floor office.
