Exopen’s solution is well-positioned to continue to grow further, therefore, we are identifying a Product Designer to join their team in Stockholm.

The role

As the Product Designer you’ll work on the end-to-end experience of their product as well as contributing to the product vision.You will be part of a very ambitious team with the main task of being the champion of the user perspective at Exopen. This is a central role in improving the product experience.

As the Product Designer, you will base your decisions and sketches on proper research and findings. You will gather information from developers, sales and marketing and present solutions. It will be you who transforms these insights into requirements and guidelines for the development of the interfaces and customer journeys of Exopen’s products. It’s about gathering complex information, simplifying it and making it accessible, to form the most possible attractive user-friendly product. They do not expect you to understand the whole budget process, but would like your fresh eyes to question and propose new processes to optimize and create a seamless user experience.

You will become the key person in how the product is received and set the processes. 

You will report to the CTO who apart from the company owners also is a big UX fan. You will be closely interacting with the developers (8), sales persons (4), BI-consultants (4) and the IT-expert.

About You

To succeed in this we think you are an optimistic, ambitious, curious, empathic, independent person who can make things happen. Design methods, tools and ways of working are things you are comfortable with. Explaining the craft and guiding the development team and other stakeholders to understanding is something that comes natural to you. You don’t mind a fast-paced environment.
