Kive was founded in Stockholm in 2018 to make creative processes more fast, fun and collaborative. It's a SaaS solution targeting creative professionals and teams to help them find, create and present beautiful ideas in new ways. In 2020, the company received funding from EQT ventures and Creandum and set out to scale the solution worldwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Kive is on a mission to give creatives superpowers by building innovative tools that make creative work fast, fun and collaborative. As a Product Designer, you'll be designing experiences for some of the best creatives in the world and have a direct impact on how new ideas come to life. This requires curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for making creatives work easier. You'll be part of a tightly knit core team, early in the life of the company and you'll have a significant influence on the direction of the company and culture.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interact with the users to understand their needs and translate it into elegant and unexpected design
- Build the design system, create mockups, frames and prototypes
- Work with the engineering team to make the development process collaborative, iterative and customer-focused
- Be a champion for design-driven culture, making creativity an integral part of our ideation and decision-making
- Promote customer obsession across the whole team - putting the user at the centre of everything they do
- Take an overall responsibility for design at Kive - product, marketing and merchandise


JOB REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of professional experience at a design agency
- Impressive track record of work within consumer products or creative industries
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer and InDesign
- Have an understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and various other design programs
- Fluency in English
