The Product Design team is now looking for a collaborative Product Designer to join us on our journey and create an awesome user experience on tre.se.

About the role
As an experienced Product Designer, you will turn insights into beautiful design and user flows, focusing on conversions within eCommerce. You will be part of a small design team of engaged and ambitious Designers who are all dedicated to creating great designs and having fun together! To make the user experience the best, each Product Designer is part of a cross-functional scrum team with developers, testers, business analysts, and product owners who collaborate closely.

You will proudly own every aspect of the design process, from solving the core user challenge to executing a well-tested UI with shining pixels. Do you believe that the best work is done alone? Neither do we! Each week, we take time for design feedback sessions and workshops, ensuring we improve our ways of cooperating and sharing our knowledge.

More about you
As a person, you are proactive and enjoy taking the lead. You consistently identify what can be improved and take pride in coming up with new and creative solutions. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you, and you know how to balance professional work behavior with having fun with your buddies at the office.

You are used to collaborating with specialists in CRO, development, and measurement – the team is everything for you. Research and usability testing is at the core of your daily work, and you can interpret the feedback into insights and gorgeous and straightforward user flows. To thrive in this role, you should be skilled in Figma. If you have previous experience from eCommerce, and can communicate in Swedish, that's a big plus.
