Job Description
At H&M Kids we are creating & re-building a new premium concept that we aim to grow and develop over time. Do you want to take the next step in your journey and be a big part of creating our H&M Kids new premium concept range? Are you an experienced Senior Designer and ready to take on some concept responsibility? Are you also a team player with a positive attitude? Then this role could be for you!

As Product Designer you will be responsible for designing & developing collections ranging from the artwork creation to concept development for our Kids premium concept. You will be part of a fast moving, dynamic environment and a team that is adaptable to change.
You will work with multi product collections in collaboration with the team, as well as with production in developing collections towards all our global markets. As an experienced Senior Designer, it is essential to have the ability to navigate the highs and lows to achieve what is needed with an entrepreneurial spirit. We have high ambitions and a great team spirit for this new concept!
Qualifications
We believe that you as a person are driven, hands-on in the design process and self-motivated with a global, curious mindset and a genuine passion for kids wear fashion and premium products. You are well-organized, love teamwork and have strong and clear communication skills.
You enjoy taking ownership and being flexible in your way of working. You are motivated by and passionate about building collections, adapting & finding new ways of working in a creative, highly entrepreneurial and diverse environment. You are positive, energetic, creative, and playful with a great eye for upcoming fashion, print & fabrications.
You have:
Have a minimum 4 years’ experience with BA degree in Fashion Design and an experienced Senior designer today
Have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/illustrator
Strong knowledge of CLO 3D
A true passion for and understanding of our H&M Kidswear customer
A strong customer focus and strong commercial fashion thinking
Have a keen eye for & knowledge of premium materials and qualities
A team player who thrives working in a diverse setting where you contribute with your perspectives
Like a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment with parallel tasks in an organized, structured manner
Leadership experience
A strong self-drive and can take own initiatives and work independently
English fluency (Swedish not necessary)
