Product Developer

Wanted: Product developer to fit some molds and break others. Extra credit for being a tech-geek and/or gamer.
When we started Fractal Design back in 2007, it was with the clearly stated goal of adding Scandinavian design values and longevity to the computer case market. Today we sell products in more than 50 countries and have offices in Sweden, Taiwan, China and the US. Fractal is one of the world’s premier brands when it comes to designing and manufacturing cases, power supplies, cooling solutions and accessories for the most demanding gaming- and hardware enthusiasts. And that’s how we want to keep it.
We need you
A lot of our success is owed to the skill and ingenuity of our product developers, and that’s where you come in: we need to keep growing. We need new eyes and new ideas in order to keep creating amazing, user-friendly and attractive products. As a product developer here, you will have both a creative role and an analytical/technical one, creating user-friendly products with a specific use in focus. You’re probably a flexible and genuinely curious person that catches on quickly and likes both teamwork and flying solo. And if you happen to have existing knowledge of PC DIY, gaming and components – well, that would be a big plus.
Your background
We’re guessing you have at least five years of solid experience, and are as at home using CAD tools and the Adobe suite as you are with Microsoft Office. Maybe you’re an industrial designer or have a Masters in Science and Engineering. And the more you know about the design and manufacturing process, electronics or thermodynamics – all the better. Your English is more than good enough for international collaboration, and you are either between jobs at the moment or just really motivated to come work with a fast-growing hardware company with great team-spirit and shiny new offices to boot.
