Job Description
Are you passionate about Divided and ready for a new challenge? Would you like to be a part of a great team and help build the assortment for the Fancy Jersey and License customer? Then you might be our new Product Developer!


It is a split position 50% working as PD on Jersey license and 50% as a junior PD on fancy jersey. You will be a key player in the exciting and complex process of creating our Fancy Jersey and License collections to be sold in all our sales countries – all over the world. The license department is a new department so here you really have the opportunity to create something from start. We do a lot of fun co labs with several artists like Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa and Justin Bieber. Together with a tight team, you are responsible for identifying and developing collections according to current and upcoming global trends. Your main responsibility is to be the important link between designers and planners throughout the entire process and make things happen around you. We therefore think that you are a strong informal leader, a true star with project management and love to work when no day is the same. Here you will get the chance to be part of daily operational tasks as well as set long-term goals for the team.


Qualifications
-Minimum two years of experience as a JR Product Developer
-Degree within textile and/or buying
-Have a good sense of fashion, trends, and passion for products
-Result-oriented and a business growth mindset
-Driven and able to turn words into action
-Project management skills
-Structured and organized
-Great communication skills
-Good negotiation skills
-Leadership skills
