At the boys’ division you will be part of a fast paced environment and work with products that are influenced by today´s street fashion.
Our customers range from being genuinely interested in fashion to customers that just want great products regardless of trends. We make current fashion that suits the life of a 10-year-old boy. From comfortable and fashionable everyday wear to more well dress garments. Our customer have a positive energy likes streetwear, sports, gaming and are surprising and unexpected.
Job Description
The position as Product Developer is for you who has a big passion for developing the products for the Young Boy customer.
This is a new way of working, where you will be the one in your team focusing on developing new and exciting products. You will drive the developments for the best product and constantly overview, evaluate, follow up and make suggestion of improvements. Your main focus will be on jersey and license. You will work in close collaboration with product manager, planners, designers and pattern makers and you will be responsible for leading and develop your junior product developer.
As a Product Developer at Young Boy, you should be a strong and independent leader who likes to work with the rest of the team to develop the best product and best assortment in line with the visual goal.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Developer or Buyer
Have a passion for the Young Boy costumer
Have a sustainable mindset
Are a strong team player with great communication skills
Are result oriented and used to work in a fast pace
Have a strong salesmanship and commercial thinking
Have a good sense of fashion, trends and is strong on products
Have the courage to make decisions
Always see possibilities, improvements and simple solutions

Additional Information
This is a temporary position for one year, full time and located at the H&M Head Office in Stockholm (fixed time period to cover parental leave).
